About Me
I am a teacher by passion, manager by education and an executive coach by profession and have been successful on all counts during my corporate career spanning more than 19 years. Academically, I am a commerce graduate with an MBA in Finance and Marketing from XIM Bhubaneswar. I am also a Fulbright Fellow on Leadership in Management from the Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, USA. I am a Marshall Goldsmith Certified Leadership Development coach.
I am the founder of a social enterprise named SkillTrain which provides vocational training to rural school dropouts through a technology enabled blended delivery model. I also work with several companies in enabling them to contribute towards enhancing employability of the youth in India through various innovative employability enablement programmes.
I have more than fifteen years of institution building and leadership experience across the entire value chain of the education and training industry including vocational education, entrance test preparation, post graduate education, e-learning, technology enabled education, virtual classroom, corporate training and leadership development domains.
